OOUX Happy Hour: Content Ecosystem Mapping with Scott Kubie

During this happy hour (12pm EST!) we will learn about applying content ecosystem mapping, a specialized form of concept modeling, to drive clarity and alignment on large, complex digital strategy projects. We'll have a live, interactive demonstration of the technique based on some concepts in the OOUX universe, just for fun.

Scott and I (Sophia Prater, your host) had a fascinating conversation about content ecosystems on the OOUX Podcast (check that out here) — during which he helped me through mapping my own content ecosystem. You know it's a jungle!

After the recording stopped, I convinced him to come teach us more.

A Content Model Is Not a Design System

Mike Wills

Content models have to serve a variety of delivery channels, each more outlandish than the last. But why do many content models still look more like design systems rather than reflecting structured data?
